Need Staff? Together We Can Tackle Today’s Staffing Challenges

The struggle to hire staff for 2021 (and have them show up and stay) was painfully felt in camps across the board. We worked together to navigate pandemic challenges; we can do the same for the staffing crisis. ACA Project Real Job resources, standout Staffing Summit takeaways, and promising practices will be shared in this timely and collaborative session.

The Staffing Summit Follow-up Sessions will focus on conversations in breakout rooms to discuss staff recruitment, hiring, and retention. We will also revisit resources assembled by the Staff Recruitment and Retention Committee.
